This NEW version of the Expedition model is assembled with our carbon fiber barrel, ideal for magnum calibers, guaranteeing powerful and accurate shots. The Carbon Expedition model is the perfect choice for those looking for performance and comfort in all circumstances.
The Carbon Fiber Barrel is a stainless-steel barrel that has been machined to be as thin as possible before wrapping it with several layers of carbon fiber. During manufacturing, the carbon fiber is mixed with a resin which is than applied to the barrel on 3 different axes of the barrel. The carbon fiber is bonded at high temperature along the entire length of the barrel so that each strand sticks perfectly to it. This method allows us to fuse these materials (stainless steel and carbon fiber) to obtain a single cylindrical body. The result is a lighter, stiffer and more accurate barrel. Which has the ability to dissipate heat more quickly
The action is manufactured from a high quality match grade of stainless steel (416).
