The rifle is designed and manufactured with the same meticulous standards as TacSol’s standard X-RING VR rifle and is the highest quality and most accurate collapsible rifle available. The rifle’s innovative Magpul® X-22™ Backpacker stock makes it compact and provides the perfect lightweight platform for TacSol’s lightweight receiver and barrel. This lightweight and highly accurate .22LR is perfect for plinking, hunting, backpacking and shoulder carry making it the very definition of the word Versatile. Accuracy on our rifles is of highest importance. The X-RING TD Barrel is a lightweight and highly accurate rifle barrel that dramatically increases accuracy, performance, and reliability over other manufacturers. The TD Barrel is hand-chambered for 22 LR, has a target crown and chromoly steel bore, comes standard with a fully adjustable rear sight and fiber optic front sights, and is machined from 6061-T6 aluminum with a .920” diameter target contour profile. Muzzle Devices are easily attached by simply twisting them on the barrel’s ½” X 28 threaded end. The X-RING TD Barrel is everything you could ask for on a .22LR takedown rifle.
